SubOnce is a subscription tracking application that helps you manage and monitor your recurring payments. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Payment Terms

SubOnce is available for a one-time payment of €4.99. This grants you lifetime access to the application and all future updates.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you experience issues.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You may not use the service for any illegal purposes

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mindcaptain Services OÜ and are protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mindcaptain Services OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
